Domestic Shipping

Dear Kate offers First Class, Priority, and Express shipping through the US Postal Service.  All orders ship within 2 business days of order. Priority shipping adds approximately 2-3 days to delivery time and First Class shipping adds approximately 3-5 days within the United States. Express mail is delivered next day to most locations in the US, although some locations may require two days. All Dear Kate products ship from North Carolina.

International Shipping

Several countries are enabled in our checkout process, but if your country is not listed in the drop down menus on the billing address page, please email us at store@dearkates.com with your address and we'll send you a quote for shipping our product to you, wherever you are.

Sales Tax

If you live in Rhode Island, you will be charged sales tax on lingerie bags.

Returns & Exchanges

We have an unconditional guarantee for all of our Dear Kate products. We hope that it's love-at-first-wear when you put on a pair of Dear Kate undies for the first time, but if that's not the case we have a solution! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (for example, if you have issues with fit or sizing), simply send us a note within 60 days of purchase, pay shipping costs, and we'll send you a brand new free pair. We want to ensure that your Dear Kates fit you perfectly.
