Shipping & Handling
Dear Kate offers First Class, Priority, and Express shipping through the US Postal Service. All orders ship within 2 business days of order. Priority shipping takes approximately 2-3 days once shipped and First Class shipping takes approximately 3-5 days once shipped. Express mail is delivered the day after shipped to most locations in the US, although some locations may require two days. All Dear Kate products ship from North Carolina.
Several countries are enabled in our checkout process, but if your country is not listed in the drop down menus on the billing address page, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and we'll send you a quote for shipping our product to you, wherever you are.
Please note that we typically send our packages via the US Postal Service. When shipping internationally, they transfer the package to the recipient country's postal service to be processed through customs. The customs process varies widely from country to country and we are unable to track the package during this time. If you would like to track your package through delivery, please contact us at email@example.com for additional options.
If you live in New York or North Carolina, you may be charged sales tax on specific items.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 100% guarantee for all of our Dear Kate products. We hope that it's love-at-first-wear when you put on a pair of Dear Kate undies for the first time, but if that's not the case we have a solution! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (for example, if you have issues with fit or sizing), simply fill out our returns/exchanges form here and we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days. For other inquiries, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For underthings, we'll send you a fresh new pair free of charge (including shipping if you live in the US).
For yoga pants, please try these on over clean underwear. Let us know if you need to exchange them and we'll talk you through it (again, shipping will be free in the US). Once we get your pair back we will send you a new pair free of charge, including shipping.
We want to ensure that your Dear Kates fit you perfectly. If you want a full refund at any point, we are also happy to refund your purchase.
